Return & Cancellation Policy

1. General

All orders placed through our online shop are subject to the statutory provisions regarding the right of withdrawal for consumers within the European Union. In addition, the following special regulations apply to certain product types.

2. No right of withdrawal for digital content and services

  • Digital content (e.g. event photos, media files) that is not delivered on a physical data carrier once the execution of the contract has begun.
  • Services (e.g. rental of premises), provided that the contract has been fully performed and the performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent.

3. Clothing & Merchandise (Dropshipping / Print-on-Demand)

Our clothing and merchandise products are individually manufactured to order by our production partners (e.g. Printful).

Exclusion of revocation

  • Goods made to customer specifications or clearly personalized (e.g. choice of color, size or motif).
  • Hygienically sealed products (e.g. face masks) that have been unsealed after delivery.

Returns/complaints possible at

  • Misprinted, damaged or defective items
  • Incorrect deliveries
  • Loss of shipment during shipping

Deadlines: 30 days after receipt, or 30 days after the expected delivery date in case of loss. Claims resulting from our error will be processed at our expense.

No returns on

  • Incorrect size, color or motif selection
  • Buyer's remorse (dissatisfaction/change of opinion)

4. Return & Complaint Process

  1. Contact us in advance: help@senzersmarktplatz.de
  2. We will review the claim and, if necessary, initiate the return/replacement via our production partner.
  3. Unannounced returns cannot be processed.
  4. Returns will only be sent to the return address provided by the production partner.

Incorrect/unclear addresses or unclaimed shipments may incur additional charges. Unclaimed returns may be donated after 30 days.

Hygiene note: Unsealed hygiene products (e.g. face masks) are excluded from return.

5. Return costs

  • Our error (printing error, defect, incorrect delivery): We will cover the costs or replace the item.
  • Other reasons: Return shipping costs are borne by the customer; size/color exchanges are only possible on a goodwill basis (reordering may be necessary).

6. Legal Notice

These regulations take into account the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, in particular Article 16(c) and (e), as well as applicable German consumer rights.
